2011 Symposium Archive Now Available

Thank you to everyone who attended the 2011 Wood Structures Symposium. As in years past, this symposium was a great success and showcased what amazing buildings we can build in wood.

Tomorrow is the first day of the 2011 Wood Structures Symposium! We are all very excited about this year’s speaker lineup.

If you haven’t registered yet, don’t worry. You can still use our online registration system or just show up for on-site registration.

In September 2011 we will again be hosting the Wood Structures Symposium at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA. This exciting multi-day event provides an ideal learning and networking venue for Architects, Engineers, Building scientists, Green building specialists, Specifiers, Builders, Building Inspectors, Educators and Students.

This year’s symposium’s topics revolve around building green in wood. Presenters from North America and Austria provide different perspectives on new tendencies in achieving energy-efficiency in building with wood.
